Everything we do is tailored to our clients’ unique needs. Since all of our projects are custom, costs will vary. That’s why we offer free consultations upfront to map out the project scope and cost for each client need. This allows our clients to know what price to expect before agreeing to any work. Generally speaking, projects tend to fall within the range of $1k to $5k. Our goal is to provide the best solution possible within our client’s available budget.
While there are exceptions, typically project budgets below $500 are not a good fit for our services.
Typical turnaround times are 1-2 weeks. In some cases, we may be able to complete a project within 24-48 hours for rush requests. Other projects may last several months, depending on the complexity and client needs and availability. Ultimately, our team is extremely responsive and can develop a project schedule to meet your needs. We can map out a schedule that works for you during our initial consultation.
Yes! You will own the spreadsheet and can make any changes or edits to it that you want. The only restriction on our projects is that they cannot be sold without a reseller agreement.
None of our client’s information is ever shared with anyone outside of the CES team without their express permission. Additionally, we can sign Non-Disclosure Agreements as necessary. Whatever your security requirements or concerns, our team can develop a solution to meet your needs.
No. Our projects are handled by our team of professional, trained spreadsheet developers.
Invoicing is done through Stripe or PayPal and can be paid using any major debit/credit card. We also accept checks and in some cases can arrange ACH/Direct Deposit.
Since all work is custom and all products fully digital, there are no returns. However, our process is designed to allow customer access to drafts to get feedback so if you are not satisfied with
where a project is going, you can always pull the plug at any time to avoid paying for further development.
